My first review about local product, Emina.
Emina is one of the cosmetic brand in Indonesia which focuses in teenagers therefore they promote cute and girly branding. Perfect for the beginners who just start to learn about make up. People love this brand because they are cheap. Although it is pocket friendly, it produces great quality of makeup. In fact, some of them are really pigmented. I bought some of the products to try. Let's find out together.
Emina Cheek Lit Cream Blush - Peach
When you squeeze the product out, you will find the product in beige color first. It will change over time. I think when the product meets our body heat, there is ingredient that undergoes a reaction which makes the product changes color, in this case peachy pink. That's why it is important that once you apply to your cheek, you must quickly blend it out. Otherwise, the color will not spread evenly. This is definitely pigmented. A must have product girls!
Unfortunately, this product contains Fragrance which might not suitable for sensitive and dry skin as it might trigger allergy or irritation. Another is Propylparaben, too much would disrupt the function of human body as it has the chemical ability to mimic estrogen, causing over-abundance of this hormone which could lead to a significant number of problems and pain from internal inflammation. While it is safe as long it is within the range of 0.01-0.3 %, you still need to combine all your cosmetics and skincare that contain propylparaben, you might be exposing your skin to higher-than-normal levels of ingredient. Hence, start reading label ingredient when you shop for cosmetics and skincare. Choose only one or two products that contains propylparaben.
Tips. Apply after bb cushion or foundation or when your face is still moisturised for easy blending. Then you can go to compact or loose powder to set the blush.

Emina Magic Potion - 01 Scarlet & 02 Sunglow
The consistency is literally like water. Not gel, sticky type. When you apply to lips, it is easily spread onto the lips, and not clumping at all. Surprisingly, I love Sunglow color. I thought it will be very orange in my lips but it turns out the most natural lip color I have ever tried. It makes my face looking fresh. I recommend for you all out there to try Sunglow. It has become my go-to everyday lip tint color ever since.
Tips. Apply lip balm first, let it set, wipe it, then only apply lip tint. It will make the product spread more evenly and prevent drying your lips. At night, diligently apply lip balm or lip sleeping mask.
