How To Steal A Million Movie Review
Monday, June 15, 2015
Hello there. I've been busy with my final project last semester. I literally don't have time to update my post. BUT I am coming back. Yay! I am quite free this semester. I am currently searching and applying biotech companies for my internship. I've sent my application to some companies in Malaysia and some have replied me *luckily*. However, I really want to try my luck in Singapore. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any way to apply internship. No internship at all. I've tried jobstreet, internSG, and other related job search websites which i couldn't remember *sad*. Maybe readers out there can give some suggestion? ornot *down* Okay back to the title.
How To Steal A Million is a 1966 movie, a romance and classic one indeed. There are few scenes showing comedy although I hardly laugh but I smile alright. First, the brief synopsis. Nicole Bonnet, daughter of a wealthy Parisian (Hugh Griffith), was acted by the one and only Audrey Hepburn. His father loves copying art masterpieces particularly famous paintings and sells them in a high price, never been caught though. One of Bonnet's collection, a famous sculpture Venus Cellini, which is a replica as well, has been loaned to a Paris museum as the centerpiece of an exhibition. Disastrously, his father signed an insurance contract not knowing that one of requirements needs the sculpture to be technically examined. Being afraid of getting caught and losing Bonnet's reputation, Nicole decides to steal the art from the museum and hires a burglar, Simon Dermott, acted by Peter O'Toole. She met Simon in a very interesting way when he get caught stealing a painting in her house. From that moment, their romance begins. What can I say, I agree with Nicole. Tall, blue eyes, slim, quite good-looking, in fact very good-looking. I am in love with him at the first sight I saw his blue eyes. Peace! Any girl would I think. Overall, I give 10/10.
The funniest guy I would say, is a bubbly drunk-looking guard. He innocently irritates his senior guard. Oh yeah! LOOK AT THE CAR!! Isn't it the CUTEST car everrr? I will definitely buy this car if I am rich *daydreaming* The mini classic 1961 Autobianchi Bianchina Special Cabriolet.
Movie Costumes
My favorite part in the review is stalking Hepburn's outfits. You all agree she has masterpieces of "style", aren't you?

My favorite outfit in the movie is number 6, the black lace dress. Don't judge me. Black dresses are the classic. In addition, it makes women look slimmer and taller. And again... those lovely coats.
Now.. What outfit you love the most? Why do you say so?
